a little late today, But I am still showing UP!

 I am a little late today but hey better late than never they say right. I am still showing up, the energy today has been quite heavy, so I was unable to even get out of bed till late as heck. ascension symptoms hitting me hard today. Ascension symptoms come in many forms depending upon which stage you are in, as everything there's levels to this shit. You may have burst of energy to turn around & be completely drained feeling, some folks get nausea, sciatica, you may experience alot of ringing in the ears, head pressure, migraines, back aches & pains, it comes in many forms. We are also experiencing some major solar flares & storms that are hitting earth. 

Best advice is to stay hydrated, get rest, take Epson salt baths, eat light, get out in nature, & get grounded & be 1 with the earth.  The entire planet is under going it's own transformations, people may go, LET THEM, whatever is meant for you will find you. We don't chase, we attract.

main thing to note, take care of YOU! 

This isn't a easy journey & def not 1 for the weak. It will break you down before it builds you back up! 

 Lead with FAITH NOT by fear, everything is working out exactly how it suppose too, YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR REALITY, YOUR VOICE IS YOUR FREQUENCY SO SHARE YOUR STORY SO IT CAN INSPIRE OTHERS.
